Pneumatic conveyors are systems designed to move the soap pellets produced in the drying plant into the silos that feed the finishing line.<\/p>\n

Soaptec offers two models of pneumatic conveyors: pressure and suction ones, with one or more pick-up points and one or more storage points for the different production capacities of the plant.<\/p>\n

On pneumatic pressure conveyors, the soap pellets are pushed by an air blower located at the beginning of the unit. The air flow is generated by a powerful compressor mounted in a soundproof cabin.<\/p>\n

On pneumatic suction conveyors, on the other hand, the soap pellets are sucked in by the suction of the air flow generator, which is located at the end of the system. In order to avoid pipe obstruction, the transport air flow has to be cooled by the use of a cold-water-exchanger.<\/p>\n

The feeder of the pneumatic transport system is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel hopper, a manual lock gate and a rotary valve, mounted on a single chase.<\/p>\n

Discharge air is filtered by a bag filter, which frees it from soap fines, and is then let out into the atmosphere. The residues are retained within the system.<\/p>\n

On the top of each silo there is a centrifugal fines separator in which the pellets are separated from the air and discharged into the silo. There is also a flow indicator on the delivery pipe of the pneumatic transport that allows visual control of the incoming material.<\/p>\n

Air discharge pipes are equipped with butterfly valves moved by a pneumatic actuator that regulate the air flow. The electrical control panel can be equipped with a synoptic panel or a scada system.<\/p>\n

Diverter valves, also controlled by pneumatic actuators, allow the flow of pellets to be diverted to different stocking silos.<\/p>\n

Funzionamento e specifiche tecniche\r\n\r\n<\/strong><\/h1>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.7.7\" _module_preset=\"default\" text_font=\"Montserrat||||||||\" text_orientation=\"justified\" custom_margin=\"-37px||27px|||\" animation_style=\"slide\" animation_direction=\"right\"]L'alimentatore del sistema di trasporto pneumatico \u00e8 dotato di una tramoggia in acciaio inox AISI 304, di un cancello di blocco manuale e di una valvola rotativa, montati su un unico telaio.\r\n\r\nL\u2019aria esausta viene filtrata da un filtro a maniche, che la libera dalla polvere di sapone, per poi essere scaricata nell\u2019atmosfera. I residui vengono trattenuti all\u2019interno del sistema. \r\n\r\nSulla parte superiore di ogni serbatoio \u00e8 presente un separatore centrifugo di polveri dove i pellet vengono separati dall'aria e scaricati nel silo.
