The colour passes through the dosing unit, the drilled plate, and then the nozzles. This system involves the combined use of a main extruder, usually a Duplex Vacuum Plodder, which produces the marbled soap base, and a co-extruder plodder, which creates coloured soap filaments. The two differently coloured types of soap meet inside the drilled plate positioned at the end of the T junction that joins the two lines. This T-piece is called the Co-Extruder System, inside of which we can find the tubes that keep the two types of soap separated. Inside the tubes one colour is extruded and outside the tubes the soap of a different colour is extruded. The result is a striped block of soap. After years of research, the Soaptec team has designed an extruder that creates uniquely designed soap bars.<\/p>\n

This innovative semi-finished product production system allows the creation of soap bars with precise symmetrical sections, which when printed reveal a different striped pattern depending on the design of the various soap makers. Since several mixtures are used, it is possible to create soap bars with different fragrances for each section.<\/p>\n

The machine is universally adaptable to Soaptec’s production lines or systems by other companies in the industry. In case of special requirements, our team is available to design customised machines with specific features and to carry out the processing required by the customer.<\/p>\n

Our team is also available to travel around the world for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the product.<\/p>\n

The striped soap production system consists of two L-shaped plodders that simultaneously extrude soap bars of different colours. The different kinds of soap pass through a single nose cone, which consists of a T connection and a former. The T connection is the most important external element of the nose cone because it allows the correct coupling of the two plodders and directs the passage of the soap inside the former. The function of this last element is to create the design, which will only be revealed when the product is cut into soap bars. The colour distinction is so well defined that it is even possible to add text.<\/p>\n

To create different designs, different formers must be used. Soaptec can supply custom components.<\/p>\n

To ensure durability and reliability, all parts of the machine that are in contact with the soap are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
To facilitate the soap flow, the T joint is equipped with a diathermic oil heating jacket, an electrical resistance, and a thermostat.
The nose cone is supplied with a die plate, electric resistance, thermostat and all necessary fittings.<\/p>\n

Esistono diversi modi per ottenere saponette con effetto marmorato. Essi si differenziano per lo stato del semilavorato utilizzato. <\/span>aricato dalla coclea attraverso una raggera.<\/p>

Gli estrusori polveri FE-150 riescono a comprimere le polveri ed estrudere in atmosfera il sapone in forma di cilindretti attraverso una piastra forata e tagliarli con un coltello che viene guidato dal moto della coclea stessa.<\/p>

Questo sistema prevede l\u2019uso combinato di un estrusore principale solitamente una trafila Duplex Sottovuoto, che produce la base del sapone marmorato, e di un coestrusore, che crea filamenti di sapone colorato. I due saponi di colore diverso si incontrano all\u2019interno della piastra forata posizionata alla fine del T che unisce le due linee. Questo pezzo a T viene chiamato Co-Extruder System, all\u2019interno del quale ci sono i tubi che tengono separati i due saponi. All\u2019interno dei tubi viene estruso un colore e all'esterno dei tubi viene estruso l'altro sapone di colore diverso. Il risultato \u00e8 un blocco di sapone a strisce. Questo innovativo sistema di produzione del semilavorato permette di creare barre di sapone a sezioni simmetriche e precisissime, che una volta stampate rivelano un motivo a strisce diverso a seconda del progetto dei vari saponifici. Dal momento che si utilizzano pi\u00f9 impasti \u00e8 possibile creare saponi con profumazioni diverse per ciascuno di essi.<\/p>

Il macchinario si adatta universalmente a linee di produzione fabbricate da Soaptec o a sistemi realizzati da altre aziende del settore. In caso di necessit\u00e0 particolari, la nostra societ\u00e0 \u00e8 disponibile a progettare macchine personalizzate, con caratteristiche specifiche ed in grado di effettuare le lavorazioni richieste dal cliente. Il nostro team, inoltre, \u00e8 disponibile a trasferte in tutto il mondo per installazione, avvio e manutenzione del prodotto.<\/p>

Il sistema per la produzione di sapone striped \u00e8 composto da due trafile plodder, posizionati a L, che estrudono contemporaneamente saponi di colore diverso. I saponi passano all\u2019interno di un\u2019unica matrice conica, costituita a sua volta da un raccordo a T e da un formatore. Il raccordo a T \u00e8 l'elemento esterno pi\u00f9 importante della matrice perch\u00e9 permette il corretto accostamento dei due estrusori e direziona il passaggio dei saponi all\u2019interno del formatore. La funzione di quest\u2019ultimo elemento \u00e8 dare forma al design del sapone, che verr\u00e0 rivelato solo al taglio della barra in saponette. La distinzione dei colori \u00e8 cos\u00ec definita che \u00e8 possibile persino aggiungere un testo.<\/p>

Per creare design diversi \u00e8 necessario utilizzare formatori differenti. Soaptec pu\u00f2 fornire componenti su disegno.<\/p>

Per garantire durabilit\u00e0 ed affidabilit\u00e0, tutte le parti del macchinario che sono a contatto con il sapone sono realizzate in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304.<\/p>

Per facilitare il flusso del sapone, il giunto a T \u00e8 dotato di una camicia di riscaldamento ad olio diatermico, di una resistenza elettrica e di un termostato.<\/p>
