In dryer systems, the residual pressure must be lower than atmospheric pressure. For this feature of theirs they are called vacuum systems.<\/p>\n

The part of the system that maintains the residual pressure at the desired levels is called the vacuum system.<\/p>\n

The initial evacuation of the air from the system is carried out by means of a liquid ring vacuum pump. During normal operation, the same pump continues to eliminate any non-condensables that find their way into the installation.<\/p>\n

The vapours released by the soap must be condensed in order to maintain the preset residual pressure levels. The condensation temperature determines the residual pressure of the installation, which in turn determines the temperature of the dry soap.<\/p>\n

The traditional vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, which draws in air and other non-condensables, and a barometric condenser, which condenses the vapours using water from the cooling tower.<\/p>\n

The temperature of the tower water is limited by local climatic conditions (wet bulb temperature) and this affects the performance of the system. To overcome this problem, steam ejectors (Venturi tubes) are used to produce a vacuum upstream using the engine steam. The motor steam must be condensed in the Barometric Condenser together with the vapours released from the soap.<\/p>\n

Ejectors are the main consumers of steam in dryer installations that require them.<\/p>\n

The water in the tower is in contact with the soap carried by the vapours and, because of this, becomes increasingly contaminated, to the point of requiring water replacement and tower cleaning.<\/p>\n

The Soaptec Group provides a Barometric Condenser which uses the recirculating water from the dirty circuit. This water exchanges heat with the clean water through a plate heat exchanger. The clean water comes from the chiller, which disposes of the heat taken from the dirty water.<\/p>\n

In addition, the presence of the chiller allows accurate control of the condensation temperature and consequently of the soap temperature. Neither ejectors, and consequently the motor steam, nor the cooling tower and its associated water consumption are needed to operate these machines.<\/p>\n

The Vacuum System doesn’t produce polluted water, as the condensate is recycled in the saponification process. In addition, not using steam significantly reduces the plant’s ecological footprint by shifting all energy needs to electricity, a renewable resource.<\/p>\n

Per questa loro caratteristica essi vengono definiti sotto vuoto.\r\n\r\nLa parte dell\u2019impianto che si occupa di mantenere la pressione residua ai livelli desiderati viene chiamata Gruppo Vuoto.\r\n\r\nL\u2019evacuazione iniziale dell\u2019aria dall\u2019impianto viene effettuata per mezzo di una pompa vuoto ad anello liquido. Durante il funzionamento normale, la stessa pompa continua ad eliminare gli incondensabili che trovano il modo di entrare nell\u2019installazione.\r\n\r\nI vapori che si liberano dal sapone devono essere condensati per mantenere i livelli di pressione residua prestabiliti. La temperatura di condensazione determina la pressione residua dell\u2019impianto che a sua volta determina la temperatura del sapone asciutto.\r\n\r\nIl Gruppo Vuoto tradizionale si compone di una pompa vuoto, che aspira l\u2019aria ed altri incondensabili, e un condensatore barometrico, che condensa i vapori utilizzando l\u2019acqua della torre di raffreddamento. \r\n\r\nLa temperatura dell\u2019acqua della torre \u00e8 limitata dalle condizioni climatiche locali (temperatura del bulbo umido) e questo influisce sulle prestazioni del sistema.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.7.1\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.7.7\" _module_preset=\"default\" text_font=\"Montserrat||||||||\" text_orientation=\"justified\" animation_style=\"zoom\"]

Per sopperire a ci\u00f2 si usano degli eiettori a vapore (tubo Venturi) che utilizzando il vapore motore riescono a produrre una depressione a monte. Il vapore motore deve essere condensato nel Condensatore Barometrico insieme ai vapori liberatisi dal sapone.<\/p>\r\n

Gli eiettori sono i principali consumatori di vapore negli impianti dryer che li richiedono.
L\u2019acqua della torre \u00e8 in contatto con il sapone trascinato dai vapori e, per questo motivo, va contaminandosi sempre di pi\u00f9, fino al punto di richiedere la sostituzione dell\u2019acqua e la pulizia della torre.\u00a0Il Gruppo Soaptec utilizza un Condensatore Barometrico che si serve dell\u2019acqua del circuito sporco sempre in ricircolo. Quest\u2019acqua scambia il calore con l\u2019acqua pulita attraverso uno scambiatore di calore a piastre. L\u2019acqua pulita proviene dal chiller che smaltisce il calore preso dall\u2019 acqua sporca.\u00a0<\/span>Inoltre, la presenza del chiller permette l\u2019accurato controllo della temperatura di condensazione e di conseguenza della temperatura del sapone. Per far funzionare questi macchinari non sono necessari n\u00e9 eiettori, e di conseguenza il vapore motore, n\u00e9 la torre di raffreddamento ed il relativo consumo d\u2019acqua.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Il gruppo vuoto non produce acqua inquinata, dal momento che il condensato viene riciclato nella saponificazione.
