\nTo allow companies around the world to use our reaction columns, Soaptec is committed to complying with both EU and international guidelines. At customer’s request, our products are certified according to ASME, Sec. VIII, Div. 1. In addition, the load capacity takes into account UNI,DIN, AFNOR, AGMA, and ISO standards.
\nConstant commitment to R&D has enabled our engineers to identify AISI 316 stainless steel as the most suitable material for the construction of the parts in contact with soap. How bar soap production reactor columns work

Equipped with an internal agitator to vigorously stir the raw material mixture and impose a bottom-up movement on it, the reactor column is the machinery where the saponification process takes place. As the name suggests, raw materials, which are mixed by the agitator, are brought into contact with each other, allowing the chemical reaction to happen under controlled pressure and temperature.
\nThe speed of rotation of the agitator can be adjusted by means of an inverter connected to the motor and installed in the control panel.
\nAn essential element of the reaction column is the recycle pump, a lobe pump with a high volumetric capacity, whose main function is to help move the mixture counter-current to the flow imposed by the reactor agitator. The cycle loop ensures intensive mixing, which promotes neutralisation or saponification of fatty acids or neutral fats.
\nThe composition of the soap can be monitored and thus corrected thanks to a sensor that controls the pH of the mixture and through the differential pressure regulator. Both of these components are installed in the loop of the recycle pump.

I nostri prodotti sono certificati, su richiesta del committente, secondo le norme ASME, Sez. VIII, Div. 1. Inoltre, la capacit\u00e0 di carico tiene in considerazione le norme UNI,DIN, AFNOR, AGMA e ISO.\r\n\r\nL\u2019impegno costante nel settore R&S ha permesso ai nostri tecnici di individuare nell\u2019acciaio inox AISI 316 il materiale pi\u00f9 adatto per la costruzione delle parti a contatto con il sapone. Funzionamento della colonna di reazione per impianti per la produzione di sapone solido\r\n<\/strong><\/h2>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.7.7\" _module_preset=\"default\" text_font=\"Montserrat||||||||\" text_orientation=\"justified\" custom_margin=\"-37px||27px|||\" animation_style=\"slide\" animation_direction=\"right\"]La colonna di reazione \u00e8 un componente chiave di ogni impianto per la produzione di sapone solido. Dotata di un agitatore interno che permette di mescolare vigorosamente la miscela di materie prime, imponendo ad esso un movimento dal basso verso l\u2019alto, la colonna di reazione \u00e8 il macchinario in cui avviene il processo di saponificazione. Come suggerito dal nome, infatti, le materie prime, che vengono vigorosamente mescolate dall\u2019 agitatore, vengono messe in contatto tra loro, permettendo che la reazione avvenga a pressione e temperatura controllata. \r\nLa velocit\u00e0 di rotazione dell\u2019agitatore pu\u00f2 essere regolata tramite un inverter collegato al motore e installato nel pannello di controllo.\r\n\r\nElemento essenziale della colonna di reazione \u00e8 la pompa di riciclo, una pompa a lobi ad alta capacit\u00e0 volumetrica, la cui funzione principale \u00e8 quella di contribuire alla movimentazione della miscela, in controcorrente rispetto al flusso imposto dall\u2019agitatore del reattore. Il ciclo di ricircolo garantisce una miscelazione intensiva, che favorisce la neutralizzazione o la saponificazione degli acidi grassi o dei grassi neutri.\r\n\r\nLa composizione del sapone pu\u00f2 essere monitorata e quindi corretta grazie ad un sensore che controlla il pH dell\u2019impasto e attraverso il regolatore di pressione differenziale. Entrambi questi componenti sono installati nel loop della pompa di riciclo.\r\n\r\nSoaptec presta attenzione anche ai pi\u00f9 piccoli dettagli per assicurare colonne di reazione dalle prestazioni eccellenti.
