Liquid Detergent Production (Home Care)

INSTALLATION

In essence comprises of two reactors mounted on load cells and fitted with variable speed agitators for intimate mixing of the formulation.
Reactor is also fitted with a recycle loop that comprises of:

RECYCLE PUMP

Provides for a vigorous flow of material within the loop and enhances mixing

HIGHSHARE MIXER

Homogenizes the blend (especially in presence of solids)

HEAT EXCHANGER

Necessary to cool down the product prior to addition of perfume and other thermolabile substances

PH METER

For inline continuous pH control of the product

FEED PUMPS

Reactors receive main raw materials (Caustic Soda, Water, Sulphonic Acid, SLES) pumped directly from storage by means of Feed Pumps
Feed Pumps are positive displacement type for Sulphonic and SLES and Centrifugal for Water and Caustic

TANKS

Various minor materials are dosed via pre-mix tanks 
 There are four of them of various capacity designed to satisfy greatest part of formulations in use.
All this tanks are fitted with agitators and installed on load cells.
One of the tanks is equipped with heated coil necessary to handle viscous materials, hence allows for the production of fabric softener.
These tanks can be loaded in a variety of ways, depending on the productivity and formulation complexity. Offer ponders only water feeding which is handled by the same pump that feeds the water to the Reactors.
Also, this same water pump is used for CIP (Clean In Place) system that is an integral part of the installation.

WATER

Process water line is fitted with a dedicated Heat Exchanger to provide for heating of the process water whenever necessary.
Whole installation is controlled by dedicated SCADA system via Electrical Control Panel
