The blades, their movements and the tank have been designed to create a macro-mixing of soap and additives.
Amalgamation time is settable by means of a timer installed on user’s panel.
The product is discharged, through a pneumatic piston, into the hopper of a three roll mill, a plodder or an elevating conveyor installed below the mixer
The electrical panel is integrated in the machine and contains the PLC and the touch screen for the management of th e mixing cycle in either manual or automatic cycle
The mixing blade are made in AISI304. The tank is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, on request it is supplied with a cavity
The blade control is given by two independent gearmotors with parallel axes. Load capacity of the gearboxes verified according to UNI, DIN, AFNOR, AGMA and ISO
For models with load capacity of 50 and 100 kg, Soaptec also propose AM-50T and AM-100T with soap discharge through rotation of the tank driven by gearmotor.
AM amalgamators are provided with pneumatic discharge on the bottom of the tank . The pneumatic circuit with electro valve and the piston control the opening of the gate.
The cover of the series AM can be manufactured according to the specifications required by the customer and is provided of devices which allow the operator to work in absolute safety.
All parts in contact with soap are built in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Amalgamators with soap discharge through rotation of the tank, having closed tank, are particularly indicated for the use of great quantities of liquid additives.
